Our Address: Little Ropers Farm, Assington Road, Bures, Suffolk, CO8 5JX What3words reference for road access point: shrubbery.wand.relishes From Colchester on the A134 If   you   are   coming   from   the   Colchester   direction:   On   the   A134   take   the   last   left   hand   turn   for   Assington,   after   the   water   tower   on   the   left.      Drive through   the   village,   past   the   Shoulder   of   Mutton   pub;   stay   on   that   road   down   a   long   straight,   down   and   up   a   hill,   bearing   left   at   the   thatched cottage.  We are the second entrance on the left, signposted Little Ropers. From Sudbury on the A134 If   you   are   coming   from   the   Sudbury   direction:   On   the   A134   take   the   first   right   hand   turn   for   Assington   after   the   long   straight.   Drive   through   the village,   past   the   Shoulder   of   Mutton   pub;   stay   on   that   road   down   a   long   straight,   down   and   up   a   hill,   bearing   left   at   the   thatched   cottage.      We   are the second entrance on the left, signposted Little Ropers. From Bures If   you   are   coming   from   the   Bures   direction:      In   Bures   St   Mary   take   the   left   hand   bend   opposite   the   church,   up   the   High   St.   At   the   top   of   the   High   St take   the   right   hand   turn   up   Cuckoo   Hill   towards   Assington.   Continue   on   this   road   for   about   2   miles.      Before   you   reach   Assington   you   will   see   Great Ropers   on   your   right   and   a   flagpole   on   your   left.   Go   past   the   farm   buildings   on   your   left   and   Little   Ropers   is   the   next   on   the   right,   signposted   Little Ropers on the roadside. From London If   you   are   coming   from   London   leave   the   A12   at   junction   26   (Eight   Ash   Green)   take   the   first   exit   at   the   roundabout,   follow   the   road   through   Eight Ash   Green,   take   a   right   hand   turning   for   Fordham   by   the   convenience   store   and   just   before   the   petrol   station.   Continue   on   this   road   through Fordham, at the top of Wormingford hill join the B1508 to Bures and continue as explained above. On   arrival   please   park   at   the   bottom   of   the   farm   track   by   the   carpark   sign.   Follow   signs   at   the   carpark   to   check-in.   We   are   a   working   farm;   please abide by all safety signs on the farm. Arriving by Bike We have a covered bike shelter at the farm where you may leave your bike or you can take it onto your pitch with you. Arriving on foot Little   Ropers   is   accessible   for   hikers   following   local   footpaths,   look   out   for   our   signs   on   the   Tiger   Hill   public   footpath   at   the   ‘What3Words’   reference   - sank.lion.hologram.
