The campsite will be operating subject to government Covid restrictions.We reserve the right to cancel bookings if we are forced to close the campsite or you are resident in a tier 3 or 4 area within 10 days of your arrival date. We will always offer to transfer the booking to an alternative date or give a refund if payment has been made.We are opening the site at a reduced capacity to limit the sharing of facilities between people. We must insist you follow the following guidelines. Anyone found disregarding these precautions will be asked to leave the site immediately.Please do not come to the campsite if any of the following apply to you:•If you a traveling from a tier 3 or higher area.•You have been in contact with anyone with covid19 within the last 10 days.•If you are showing any Covid symptoms.•You are feeling unwell - Even if you don’t show Covid symptoms; do not take the risk. Please get tested.•If you are awaiting results of a Covid test.The following precautions have been put in place for our safety as well as your own.•We are operating the NHS Test and Trace system, this means that upon check-in you MUST either have the NHS Covid-19 App on your phone and check in by scanning our QR code; or you must fill out a contact form on arrival.•A minimum of 2m social distancing between different households to be practiced at all times.•Please use the hand sanitiser stations provided before entering the toilet and the washing up area on site.•Please use the hand sanitiser stations provided before entering the showers or toilet at the farm. Also before using one of our wheel barrows for transporting your equipment.•Please don’t leave personal belongings in communal areas. •Please leave facilities tidy, including your pitch.•We are undertaking extra cleaning of communal facilities with antibacterial cleaning products.•Please be extra vigilant picking up your rubbish on site and take it home or use the bins provided at the farm.•We will still be operating the ATV and trailer for transporting equipment but without assistance loading your equipment. You will also have to walk behind the trailer to your pitch.•The shop will be open but you must use the hand sanitiser station outside before entering and only 2x people from the same household may enter at one time.•Please make children in your group aware of the above points.
